Why we exist —
and why it matters.

Most software consultancies make money two ways: from the client, and from the platform. They earn a referral fee or a reseller margin when a client adopts the platform they recommend. This creates an obvious conflict of interest that almost nobody talks about.

We saw this pattern repeatedly across field service, construction, and operations businesses — businesses that had been sold the wrong platform by someone who had a financial reason to sell it. The cost wasn't just the subscription. It was the 18 months of failed adoption, the data migration, the team retraining, and the operational disruption that came with switching.
